I found this photograph, with “Pont Neuf 25 Juillet 1951” written on the back side, in Paris. Judging from the appearance of the properly dressed women, I assume she was most likely not a tourist of some sort. Pot Neuf is known for Paris' oldest bridge, which was not destroyed during the war, and still plays a center role in city to this day.
